This first project is a very exciting event in Nathan's Christian music ministry. The Moments We Share is a short album that consists of four songs, all of which are the original musical and lyrical work of Nathan, himself. The included titles are:

He sings, plays the guitar and keyboards, and uses MIDI sequenced backing tracks (pre-programmed music played on a synthesiser) to produce a number of different songs in several musical genres ranging from Christian rock to traditional camp songs. Modus I is the band's debut full length professional recording project on CD. The disc consists of eleven tracks, all of which are original Modus songs. That's right, no covers here!! Every bit of the recording has that very distinctive, yet attractive Modus flavour. Eleven songs composed and arranged by the band in that great British pop genre!! Wait!! Don't go away just yet...K? The CD is not only about Modus--it's about ministry as well. The songs on the CD present a wide variety of messages and musical seasonings. There are songs about everything from Christian love and dating, to our musical philosophy, to humour, and even to our home town, Erie. The arrangements are everything from quite jazzy to very Beatlesque, from electric to acoustic, and all this combines with yet more stuff that's truly unique to the band, itself. THE SOUND OF THE MUSICModus plays in mostly a style of music known as British pop, or Britpop. Perhaps best described as what the Beatles might sound like if they were to write and perform songs today in the late '90s, it mimics the music that is popular in England today. Modus band members Paul Holmes and Rachel Mason both hail from the U.K., and their influence contributes to the band's musical style. Also present and intertwined in many of the band's latest songs is a bit of modern jazz influence that gives Modus' music its unique and quite likeable flavour. Purchase Information
