The Ministry
Nathan Roemer is a Christian who is dedicated to sharing God's love
and peace with others. His own living faith adventure forms much of who he is and
what he believes, and the sincere message of a living faith in Christ is evident in his
music and his life. Nathan Productions (formerly N.R. Music Ministries) have been
involved in a variety of different event circumstances, and, although many events have
been for Lutheran and Baptist organisations and churches, they are not affiliated with any
one denomination. Nathan has served as the guitarist leading the contemporary
worship services at Erie's Immanuel Lutheran Church for two and a half years. In
1994 and 1995, he played his guitar and led the annual youth campfire at Our Saviour's
Lutheran Church in Erie, PA. Nathan also helped to plan and lead worship and
campfire music at Camp Lutherlyn near Butler, PA for several years. On 5 November
1996, Nathan provided original live music for Mercyhurst Preparatory School's Junior Ring
Ceremony, and recently on 12 May 1998, one of his original compositions for piano, two
flutes, and English horn was featured at the Mercyhurst Prep Spring Orchestra Concert.
Nathan has also performed as the keyboardist in Erie's Christian Britpop band, Modus. And, Modus has played several concerts
in the PA and OH areas and has opened for various national Christian recording artists
such as Fold Zandura and the U.K.'s World Wide Message Tribe. Now, Nathan continues
to play solo concert programmes and offer other services in Christian music ministries,
studio production, and live sound applications.
THE MUSIC
| Nathan has quite a distinctive, unique, and satisfying
sound in his programme. He sings and plays the guitar and keyboards to produce a
number of different songs in several musical genres ranging from Christian rock to
traditional praise and camp songs. Nathan also does 'song signing' where he uses
sign language to visually convey lyrics in a truly beautiful way. His unique,
original music and lyrics combine with the heart-felt sincerity behind their meanings to
form a musical style all his own. Nathan Productions also serve as a
booking agent for Modus. |

THE MUSICIAN
Nathan Roemer is 19 years old, and he was graduated as Salutatorian
of his class at Mercyhurst Preparatory School in Erie, PA in 1998. He upholds very
high standards of excellence, both academically and otherwise. Nathan is now a
student of Emerson College in Boston, MA, where he is studying for an degree in New Media:
Audio/Radio. In the future, he hopes to apply that to a full time career in
Christian music ministry. Nathan composes and arranges his own music, which he
utilises in his live performance. He has also completed work on his recording
project, The Moments We Share, the Modus CD, Modus I, and an original
cast recording of the musical, What We Do. Nathan is currently living in
Boston, MA, where he bases all of his musical endeavours.
